How long does it take to see gains. I performed PE for about a month and did not see any real gains at all but I was told by another PE guy that one month is not long enough to see gains and it usually takes three months to see gains.

My current routine is basic stretches and wet jelqing at the moment. I have been increasing the time by 5 minutes every week until I hit 30 minutes of jelqing and stretches.

I was told in the past if you don't see gains in a month increase the time and intensity but how would this apply at if I am increasing the time and intensity every week?

So if I gain in three months do I keep my routine the same until gains plateau or if I do not gain what do I do?

my first gain came in like 2-3 months. If that doesn't work pull harder on your dick or add more exercises

Its a marathon not a sprint, everyone has a different body and more so genetics. Take your time and learn what works and what doesnt. Dont get discouraged, use the forums and keep at it, gains will come, believe in it and live it.

If I didn't see gains in a month I would increase intensity , look into other exercises etc. You should probably start a journal and document your daily routines so you can get feedback along the way.

Having the right viewpoint about the process is infinitely valuable. I was going full force for weeks and did some minor damage to my ligaments and had to stop for a little while. I came on here for some good advice and one of the things that stuck with me was DLD saying the most common mistakes are not going intense enough, and second, going too intense! It sounds contradictory but it's actually really simple.
Remember that you're trying to permanently alter the structure of your body. Many analogies to working out are appropriate. If you haven't worked out in years, or ever, you wouldn't want to start by lifting your max weight at the max reps etc.
During my short break, I kept my flaccid hang and most of my girth progress, after my short break, I dialed back the intensity just a touch. I'm listening to my body more. I make sure that every workout pushes my body more than daily life would, but as I am newer, I'm not pushing to max intensity every time. I'm building up to it.
Logic dictates that this would produce results, just like stretching, just like lifting, even similar to stretching a piercing. You need to give your body a chance to heal and become adept at handling the new stresses that you're going to be putting it through.
I haven't measured in a long time, and probably won't until at least the new year. Instead, I focus on how my workouts advance, what lig is sore, where on the lig is it sore, are things changing or staying the same? For the first month, all the stretches I mostly felt in ligs, but now I'm feeling them in the tunica. These are indicators of progress but won't necessarily result in inches right off the bat. That said, flaccid length and girth keeps increasing, at least to my eye, so that's a nice start.

TL:DR - listen to the brotherhood, listen to your body, be patient, transform, achieve :)

Do you still get a morning erection? I'd stop trying to injure yourself and just save your money for the plastic surgeon if you really want a bigger dick.

I kind of figured you were a troll, now I know you are. Have a good life and please remember to change you ip address before you troll us again.

Get a length master. It will bring gains faster for you. In 3 months you are likely to see gains with the length master.

Remember I made a 2 inch gain in my first 6 months and that was with my hands. Using a lenghtmaster would have made the process even faster
