I have weak erection. Angle is 3 or 4 o clock [good erection angle is I think 2 o clock]. While erected, when I tighten my pelvic floor muscles, then I can rise my penis very short time to a 2 o clock angle. Like a flow of blood to penis is not good enough to achieve total erection. And erections don't last long. Morning erections, if I have one, are weak also.
Coupe of days I have done Kegels. My routine:
I am 27 years old, for years I watch ���� and masturbate almost daily [couple of hours in a day].
Do Kegels help me? If yes, how long it takes to see any results? Right now my erection is totally below average.

I do this 10 times in a row, 5 times daily [total 500 long and 500 short in a day].
