Hi all i have been doing P.E. for months now but not very consistant, but for the last 2-3 weeks i have clamped 4-5 sometimes 6 days a week for a couple of sets of 15-30mins and i have made more or less no gain i think i gained 1/16 of an inch. i really need help with this guys i am at 4.75 midshaft girth i want to get to around 5.5 midshaft girth. can some one who has struggled with girth please help with posting a their routine that got them gaining

dude you gotta be kidding me! you want girth yet you don't jelq??
don't clamp alone, that's retarded in my opinion, maybe some people have gained with it but only in conjunction with jelqing and other girth exercises like horse440s,Ulis and the like.

btw, if you haven't gained with normal jelqs(wet or dry) buy some jelq sticks or build them yourself and that new routine will shock your penis, it will be a new feeling and a new way to gain!

and just by the way I think clamping is stupid and it was proven scientifically on some thread at �other forum� by someone with a reputation and knowledge and he said that it only creates even more disorder in the collagenous tissues of yo dick therefor more time for healing.
however, if people use clamps and grow with it, fine... but it isn't something marvelous and it is dangerous if you're a rookie like yourself!

all in all I would say spice up your routine with the exercises above, search for them.

i start off every girth routine with jelqs...i do believe that they are cornerstone for girth gains...but i also clamp..not as much as you because i know that in excess it can be dangerous...take wbb advice and incorporate more exercises into your routine

I quitted doing Jelqs. They gave me permanent bluemarks.

Now instead i do light uli's and massage for warm up, like 80 of them, before i go on doing SSJ.
