Hi all i have been doing P.E. for months now but not very consistant, but for the last 2-3 weeks i have clamped 4-5 sometimes 6 days a week for a couple of sets of 15-30mins and i have made more or less no gain i think i gained 1/16 of an inch. i really need help with this guys i am at 4.75 midshaft girth i want to get to around 5.5 midshaft girth. can some one who has struggled with girth please help with posting a their routine that got them gaining
