My arms are not strong enough to hold stretches for a minute.
So I use my leg to rest against.
Another variation I do is push down on my wrist with my foot.
This is amazing when stretching downwards.
It makes it really easy to hold the position.

What do you think Im sure DLD must have come up with this already.
But I found it really helpful.

Wow, your base looks like it's really getting a good stretch from that. Not seen that stretch before!

Nice! I will resume pe soon and add this to my routine. I think this is a powerful exercise that will bring gain to length. How many seconds and reps do you do for this exercise?
 
DLD's newbie routine.
I do each stretch for 1 minute.
When stretching downwards right, left and center I press on wrist with foot.
When stretching outwards right, left and center I use leg as leverage (pictured above).
Upwards I make do use both hands.

Will be moving onto SRT within the next month.

My friend is an extremist in such things ... he made a rod of wood with a hole in the middle ... he puts his penis in it ... it holds the penis ... he sits on the floor puts his feet against this rod and PPUUSSHH! ... Hell OF A Stretch for him ... his secret weapon never lets me use it ... but would it not hurt the head of the penis when all the bloods get stuck up there and you pushing it like an ass ... ?
 
Interesting! I have always thought about making a PowerAssist ring much larger to facilitate other body positions but then it starts to look like a toilet seat:)
 
That stretch, if lowered to the heal would be a DLD Footlong Stretch! Great idea!
