Okay guys and you few wayward curious gals who accidentally came to this site... I haven't posted in a while and not sure about the TOS policy on mentioning other PE \ Men's forums \ sites... However I came across a site through my travels, book marked it a while ago, and am finally now going through it. The site mentioned a few things I'd like confirmed here if possible to see what y'all think.

What I'm focusing on is the site's advice on using Cialis and or its generic. The author highly recommends it for these reasons, to which I quote (obviously indicated by the quote marks:)... Oh wow, I can't even highlight and paste... Okay fine I'll frickin summarize!

He recommends it because for one, it helps with Jelqing, as you can do it longer and not experience fatigue as much. He also says that it'll help with blood flow, obviously, but that it will help you in the BM with greater tissue expansion. Finally it helps with post pump blood flow as well, with longer periods of post size as well.

So curious if this is something anyone has tried or incorporated into their training, and if those aspects I summarized are true... Thanks in advance!

It isn't anything super scientific, the vasodialator (N.O.) just opens up the blood vessels allowing more blood flow.
Yes, it works, but you may just want to try kegels out.

Yep, this is fairly known and nothing amazing. Increasing your natural blood flow through kegels could indeed have a similar effect and so will L-Arginine/Citruline.

This, this is why I'm here! I was going to put a good bit of research and time into this, and when you put RX's into the mix and their generics, where to buy them, doctor related questions and visits, well, I would have done it in the end but after a fashion.

Anyway great stuff guys! And that I suppose is what it really comes down too, simply increasing blood flow. And just to satisfy my OCD and possibly help others that come across this, kegels and L-Arginine \ Citruline will pretty much do the same as those ED pills?

No they have 2 different mechanisms of actions.

L-Arginine and the like boosts the body's production of nitric oxide, a compound that facilitates erections by dilating blood vessels in the penis, whereas cialis and the like (viagra, levitra) inhibit the PDE5 enzyme, which forces relaxation of the smooth muscle in the penis (specifically the corpus cavernosum).

Will L-Arginine / citrulline help with a harder erection? Possibly, might be in your head if its noticeable. Will it be comparable to cialis? Not likely lol, there's a reason they prescribe these instead of just arginine powder for erection dysfunction.

Cialis does have other benefits too, PDE5 is also found in tissue in the lungs, so it is effective in the treatment of pulmonary hypertension. (just throwing that out there lol)

Bull^, i've used L-citruline and arganin, and have had just as hard erections as cialis.
The mechanism of action maybe be different but the result is the same, viagra is different, its much more intensified, but most chances are that unless you have an incredibly low erection quality, arg and cit will bring you max expansion and erection.
There's no need for meds, when you'll already be to hard with natural alternatives.

When I am making good money I do love to train with Viagra and it works awesome for me as far as expansion and expressive stretching. I can go without it but it is a lot more fun with it:)

Clarification: L-Citrulline/L-Arginine act off of NO (production) while the PDE5i's act off the downregulation/degradation of the PDE enzymes (plural meaning it can also have other internal benefits/negatives (cGMP in regards to penile function)). Which was addressed above.

Someone w/ a NO problem or inadequacies can have 'harder' erections. Harder meaning, compared to what they normally have or simply put, just a higher EQ.
Someone w/o a NO problem or inadequacies may not see any erection increase, instead they might notice an overall plumpness that they once haven't had (applies to the above as well).

Me: I can achieve 100% EQ. A NO booster will not peak that. I will not get harder erections.

Nitric Oxide biological function: The vasodilatatory effect of NO, in turn, also plays a role in development and maintenance of penile erection. Vasodilation of blood vessels supplying the corpus cavernosum results in more blood flowing in and, hence, erection.

I've always taken Viagra for girth work. The thoughts of doing girth work without Viagra has never crossed my mind.
