I did the whole "LOT" thing and found I had tug back when I stretched down, meaning Im supposed to gain stretching down, but this hasn't been happening for months

But when I stretch straight up, and up to the left and to the right I feel an immense pull on what I think is my suspensary ligament, from the base of my penis to the glands. I can feel it as if its a cord I'm pulling on, coming from underneath my fat pad, and it is very apparent, with my other hand I can rub against it and feel the tension on it

EDIT: Also wanted to add that during the UP stretch I don't feel the stretch underneath the penis as much. But definitely on top where the suspensory ligament is.

Should I focus on stretching up more, or at least focus on doing it first in my manual routine?

All stretching is beneficial, and indeed necessary to be able to loosen all the different ligatures that surround the exit point.

I recommend you forget about LOT..it's a bullshit theory imo, stretching in all directions is beneficial, doesn't matter where your LOT position is.

Stretching Up is Stretching the Tunica.
Stretching Down is Stretching the Ligaments.

With that said, stretching up and effectively hitting the Tunica is difficult. Using the LengthMaster can solve this issue, upward stretching with 2 hands makes all the difference. Also, manual upward stretching is far less effective than Bundled Stretches which hit the Tunica hard. The best would be Bundled Stretching Upward, which again can be done using the LengthMaster. One may also try Jake's SizeGenetics modification where you Bundle in the SG but wear it in an upward position.

LOT is a lot of crap.

Wherever you heard LOT just forget it, even the place it originated from dismissed that theory. It's not a matter of finding which way to stretch. It's a matter of stretching in all possible ways to get the maximum results.

Something LOT says is if you have no pull back on a Kegel at a low point that no ligament length can be gained. This is completely false for 2 reason, 1) Me, I was the prime example of someone who could no longer gain length stretching downward but I went on to gain 2 more inches and downward stretching was being addressed. The second reason is if your ligaments become too long to make gains with downward stretches you can go behind the cheeks, from this position there is not limit on length.
