Doesn't the bm ever come off when doing hardcore erect stretching? Will deffo throw these in! Have a new sleeve for my bm which makes a huge difference!

Just grab the gaiter from the base so you can use the other hand to decompress it. This way you can do hardcore stretches in all directions without worrying about losing vacuum, but increasing it. Like pulling apart a accordion

Exactly. Get a great vacuum, fully compressed and grab the gaiter and slowly pull and add intensity as you are pulling.

It is a great Expressive Stretch but if you do not like it there are others. The original Expressive Stretch was called LengthMaster Hole Stretching, this is where the entire package is brought through the large ring of the LM and with the LM compressed against the body stretch the penis with the other hand. More recent Expressive Stretch include attachment of the LM at a low point and stretching from there. You can also manually stretch by gripping at a low point on the shaft and stretching from there.
