Been using my Bathmate for a little over a week now and things are going great! After using my Hercules though I feel very water logged, I filling my Bathmate completely before using and there's still quite a lot of water after applying the pump and I get huge in the pump which is great but I wonder if I might be using too much water? I feel quite plump for a few hours after my workout but also very spongy.

Try experimenting with how much water you use.
 
Thanks I'll give a shot, things got a little better later last evening. This is all still so new to me and a lot to get used to.
 
I'd say the quantity of the water isn't the problem; what might be the issue here that you're pumping too hard too long. It's easy in the beginning, I am guilty of doing that as well.
As you said about spongyness, I think you might have some fluid retention. While it isn't the worst situation, it's best to have a session where you feel growth that is solid in touch, not spongy.

Read up on the 5x5x3 program and SRT, happy pumping!

Remember Switch that with BathMate pumping there is a learning curve until you perfect it. Keep practicing and you will master this.
 
This also happened to me, and it was from pumping too hard for too long...results in more FR. Once I incorporated jelqing in between my 10 minute sets, it was dramatically reduced. After almost 2 straight years of consistent BM use, the only FR I get now is a small donut affect just under the glans...lasts fr an hour or two, so no big deal
 
Thanks guys, I'm just being over aggressive, going to back off and get a nice pump instead of trying to max this thing out. It's only been a week and I'm pushing too hard I know, newbie over zealousness.

Well then there you go. Sometimes more pressure is built with more water but if you're a newbie you can always start small somewhere.

Glad you learned this early in the game. PE is a progressive sport, it takes time to get to mastery. Keep up the good work and add intensity when you feel ready.
