If it was my money and I had your size, I'd go with the X30 base model and mod it with the VacuVin, (but only after I had a few weeks getting used to the stock BM). My rationale is two-fold...the base model is much less expensive and the mod will only set you back around $20, and (I'm only guessing here) that the VV mod creates much more additional pressure than the extreme models, (I say this cuz The VV can literally create enough pressure that you feel your d!ck will explode, while I'm certain there are safe-guards in place on the Extreme models)

Just my $0.02

Hi...im wanting to get a bathmate xtreme. It seems I'm too long for an x20 and too skinny for an x30. I'm 6 inches erect length and 5 inches erect girth. Which bathmate xtreme would you guys suggest?

The X30 is the perfect size for you and you are not too small for it. It will give you room to grow to 8 x 6 inches. At that point if you desire my size you can get yourself into the X40. It is always smart to buy a BathMate that is going to last to your goal size, regardless of size issues of being to small. I am not saying that a dude with a 4 inch penis should get a Goliath, what I am saying is if you close to the max in any pump opt to but the next size up so you have room to grow and it will save you money.

I still have the VV mod that DLD bought for me back in 2017. I've never used it before.

I think I know what the VV mod is?
You use a wine pump (for creation of vacuum in a wine bottle), in order to increase the pressure inside the pump?
Am I correct about this?

But how do you equip this on the Bathmate pump (now called, hydromax model)? Or do you just use the wine pump externally, on the valve, like with the external pump on the HydroXtreme model?

Also, are the front part (with all the the gaskets) of your pump going to last as long when you add the additional pressure to it, when this was not something Bathmate had in mind when designing the pump?

So many questions 🤔

And I'm somewhat scared when I read this:

I don't think there are safe guards for this mod (for the hydromax models), since the pump isn't originally made/designed for this. So your penis can explode? 💥 😨😱

Isn't it just safer to buy a HydroXtreme model of the Bathmate pump instead?
I understand it's budgeting (if you can afford it), involved in this, but an exploding penis.
That sounds like the worst thing that can ever happen in PE accidents.

I do not need the VV mod, but I'm just curious about this in regards to my questions above.

You can attach the VV mod to the old bathmate not the extreme series. I prefer the extreme series though. It gives me enough expansion. I see no need for the VV mod.
