hey guys,im 22 and have a body fat ratio of 14%.
now iv read many times that to have visible 6 pack(i did have one when i was around 17/18),you need to achieve lower than 10% bodyfat ratio.
trouble is,i do alot of excercise such as playing football,swimming and running at the gym,but i never seem to be able to shift the cm-or-so thick layer of fat from around my bottom 2 of the 6 pack.
would a supplement such as maximuscle thermobol,or any other manufacturer equivilant(do reccommend), help me reach my goal?or is that type of supplement more geared towards losing large amounts of weight?
