I am of course talking about DLD's first routine.

I see too many guys that want to get started right out of the gate with pumping or hanging that they forget to address the basics.

Take advantage of the "newbie gains" that many get with this workout.

Learn your penis. That means learn how it responds and how it fatigues.

Condition it for the road ahead.

If you are new and you aren't on the program, you are really missing the whole point.
