Bundeling would be Twisting while Rolling is turning over on its axis.
 
Hi Guys, here's a streching exercise that I mentioned a couple of times on the forum and that got a few guys curious so I decided to share a picture of it to make it simpler to understand.

This is great especially for thowse guys that can't do regular BTC streches due to short flaccid length or large buttocks(overweight)

The Double Handed Squated BTC Strech:
Squat down(just like you'll want to take a crap) and grab your penis from behind with your dominant(stong) hand and pull it behind/under your checks. Now in this position place the palm of your other hand over the wrist of the streching hand to add more force to the strech. Grip is super important here since it's a very powerfull strech so make sure you use baby powder, rubber gloves or toilet paper wrapped around the glans for maximum grip. Also this strech can be done with the Length Master.

Can't see the photo but from what you have described, I can picture this being done with the length master.
