Nice "revival" ...
CaptiansLOG, Depending where you live, it's relatively easy to acquire copper. Just make sure it's good for human consumption, as in food grade copper. (Same stuff they use in the water pipes to my best knowledge.)
Zinc rods can be obtained as well, I got mine from a specialist, but if there's a metal supplier around you, give them a call and ask. Silicone tubing is easily available as well, should be available from a hardware store.
Be active. Total cost for one ROP would be around 5 - 10 euros (around 7-12 USD or so). And there are / is a supplier, I don't remember it, but you can find it from Ebay.
But really, even though I bought my first online, there's no reason why you couldn't just make one by yourself. I did make one after I had bought one from online and my own version, well, I like it better.
I don't wear it actively for now. However, I think it's a beneficial tool, but in my opinion it could be wise to use the ROP in cycles.
