Been doin only supraslammers and erect bends (sometimes clamped) consistantly for 2 weeks and have clearly gained an 1/8 in girth. I'm excited about girth training now so I'm gonna continue with it.

Not trying to put you down but make sure you cement it because it may just be swelling.

Have you gained anything length while doing the supra slammers?

I havent gained any length since starting them. This is the only girth exercise that I've been doing so I know that they work for girth. I stretch whenever I get a chance so I really cant tell if they will or how much they will attribute to length .
