Been doin only supraslammers and erect bends (sometimes clamped) consistantly for 2 weeks and have clearly gained an 1/8 in girth. I'm excited about girth training now so I'm gonna continue with it.
I havent gained any length since starting them. This is the only girth exercise that I've been doing so I know that they work for girth. I stretch whenever I get a chance so I really cant tell if they will or how much they will attribute to length.
