Alright guys, so maybe someone has tried this, done this, or posted this here or in another forum but I didn't find it. So I thought I would share something that is working REALLY well for me.

I am trying a new Kegel technique and it has given me seriously noticeable improvement or my ejaculation control and improved my EQ (though there wasn't a ton of room for EQ improvement, I have noticed it).

I felt like I was just doing a ton of Kegels, all the time, and the gains for control and EQ were slow (though they happen), and I was trying to think of ways to improve the workout and this is what I came up with. My theory was (is) that when we lift weights, we don't just do a static maximum contraction the whole time. The level of contraction of the muscle and it's output increase and decrease based on the position of the exercise, depth of the repetition, and amount of weight. So I wanted to apply this principle to the Kegel. Hence, my aptly named Slow Squeeze Kegel, or SSK (named to go nicely with the SSJ or Slow Squash Jelq).

Here is how to do them:

You will be engaging the same muscles and with the same contraction but not simply in a Contract then Lose, then Contract then Lose manner like a normal Kegel. Instead begin to engage your PC muscle slowly, working your way up from zero contraction to 100% and then back down to zero again slowly (over about a 10-12 second time period, 5 seconds up, 2 second hold 5 seconds down). When you first start doing these it may not be a smooth transition from 0 to 100 and back to 0, it wasn't for me at first. However, I have noticed a huge increase in my mind connection to the muscle and my control over it practicing these. They also will take a good bit more concentration and you may not be able to do them at first while pre-occupied (driving, on the phone, in a meeting) like standard kegels.

My kegel workout is below:

10 Normal to Reverse Kegels to warmup (Due a normal Kegel, then immediately go into a reverse Kegel)
(Repeat below x2)
50 SSKs
50 Standard Kegels

If you really want to get crazy, try doing a SSK and then go immediately into a reverse SSK, the control required and the muscle use is amazing and it seems to REALLY work my PC muscle.

I try to do this 3 times a day right now, getting to 600 reps of kegels total. I was doing 800 standard kegels before, and didn't feel like I worked my PC muscle half as hard as I do with this routine. The SSKs have increased my orgasm intensity, EQ, ejaculation control (I can hold back anytime now), and PC muscle stamina. I have also noticed that the intensity or "depth" of contraction of my PC muscle during a Kegel is much higher and I can push more blood into my penis. (Last night while my wife was on top of me, as she neared orgasm I was able to clamp down a massive kegel that made her noticeably tighter around my penis for about 2 minutes until she almost lost it, I wasn't even tired from doing this and it didn't effect my EQ or my orgasm intensity at all.) Although, I still can't control when I DO orgasm, I can control when I don't. I can stop it anytime I reach or near the peak by pulling back with a tight kegel and my EQ was maintained at 95% or better for an hour of intense sex.

I would really like to see some other guys try these out and see if they help them as well to validate any assumptions or "evidence" I have gathered doing these. I had noticeable results in control in 1 week, and EQ within 2. I have been doing them for about 30 days now total and figured it was time to share my personal innovation. This took my kegel workouts to the next level, I hope they help you guys too!

Long live the brotherhood!

Quick Side note:

If you get to the point that you can't control the SSK transition up and down anymore, your PC muscle has been effectively smoked into exhaustion and you need to rest.
