Hello!

I have this problem that when i stretch for length my tip goes sore and the foreskin gets puffy and bunched up at the tip of my penis temporarily. And the next day it looks like i have more foreskin.
I retract my foreskin and grip just under glans, which actually puts a lot of pressure on the glans and also makes the skin on the tip take a lot of stretch it seems.

Do you have any ideas or something to avoid this, or what should i expect? Feels like i have to take more rest days because of this, because it can feel very sore if i stretch
like this if i keep at it 3 days straight.

Has anyone been making any gains by stretching like this? By retracting foreskin. Because i haven't been able to make any gains with this method yet. :)
I used to grip with the foreskin above my glans, actually using the foreskin as a grip stabilizer, but this also pulled on the pubic and scrotum skin, which i'm trying to avoid. With this method i made gains though.

Use the method that gives you proven gains... then ask yourself if the benefits outweigh the side effects...

Already realized i don't like the side effects of the method i did as a beginner. Turkey neck & pubic hair problems.
Also the method where you retract foreskin you can see crystal clear that ONLY the shaft is getting pulled. With the other methods the size gains could just be a matter of
skin displacements.
 
Let me demonstrate for you with a picture.

I will also quote this guy: "I went to the urologist and he said that as the result of PE scrotum skin goes up in the underside shaft and on the upper side public skin moves onto upper base shaft."

My belief is that you stretch skin only, everything around to make your penis drop down/out of your body, the original starting position is changed due to all skin now sloppy and longer/stretchier letting your penis hang away/out from your body more.
Resulting in you able to reach longer with your penis obviously, but you will not have a longer shaft itself.

This is what happens with wrong technique, and i don't want to apply this. I rather would like to reverse the effect, but that would probably lead to my penis getting shorter again? ;)

This is WHY i rather stretch by retracting my foreskin.
 
I agree with retracting the foreskin.

I've done a bit of VLC Tugger work lately and it is doing exactly as you said, stretching the skin. I am going to keep using it but only as a supplement to manual stretching with skin pulled back plus SG extender with skin pulled back and wrapped. The VLC I like because it reverses the dryness created by SG and wrapping so that's the only reason I'll keep using it. And it's also useful for erect stretching.

But your last post is confusing. Measure your dick against a solid ruler, pressed against the pelvic bone while erect. This shows the ACTUAL gains, skin not included.

I'm averaging around 1mm of actual length gains per month. This is my personal speed limit I think.

Also, another benefit of the SG is that the plastic ring you put your dick through keeps the scrotal skin in place which seems to keep turkey necking under control and focuses the stretch on your ligaments. Obviously the ligaments are what puts a limit on your length so you want to focus on that at all costs.

SG sounds really good. You actually retract foreskin and wrap and put the extender on there right? To make the same effect as you would by keeping your foreskin retracted while manual stretching?
Sounds good that it keeps the scrotal in place to prevent turkey neck! ;)

But it's not time for me to buy an extender yet. I want to keep going with this "retracted" technique while stretching to see if i can actually make more growth manually.
 
I still need help with the soreness.
I use toilet papper while i grip to get a stronger grip, but it also hurts my glans more.
The foreskin on the top get bunched up after the stretch, and the next day i'm usually too sore to feel like stretching.
 
Are you using baby powder/talc on your hands? That helps grip a lot!

By the way, the SG hurts quite a bit about 30-45 minutes after putting it on. But that's still 30-45 minutes of stretching that you can do while surfing the net or doing any other sit down activity. Then you just take it off, massage, stretch and put it back on.

I'm leaning towards trying baby powder :)
 
Baby powder is a great gripping agent. I have also told you about anchoring a hand at the base to avoid Turkey Neck/ Did you miss my post?

I haven't missed it. I don't know EXACTLY how you mean by anchor though, but i think i know. It's just that.. I don't know how effective it really is, so i'm always sceptical if you get what i mean.
If i have seen something effective i usually trust it really hard. It's hard to see the effectiveness when the process overall is so slow :D

And i recently bought baby powder, gonna try it out tonight! ;)

Tryed baby powder today, it works much better! :)
Perhaps i can make further gains now since i have a more stable grip, which means that i have my penis under stretch more consistently ;)
 
Excellent!

And just pull back on your ball sack with the other hand, it'll keep turkey neck under control! Pull it so you're basically stretching both ways, one hand stretching the dick, the other hand stretching your balls in the opposite direction...
