Need more skin

My skin is pulled pretty tight these days because my girth is more than my length. I’d like to increase the skin closer up to my glans, not over it.
I found this device but it looks like it pushes the penis in and pulls skin out. I’m worried that it’ll have a negative effect on the length of my penis after doin the length master, since you’re suppose to wrap to stay elongated in this device looks like it pushes the penis in… I could be wrong though. Attached are pictures of it and it being used

As long as it provides elongation healing, this device seams to provide more then enough elongation healing.

It looks like it’s pushing the penis in and pulling the skin out. Would the pushing the penis in be negative for making length gains?

On my first PE round in 2011 and 2012, I got small gains with just regular massage oils, however I always felt like my dick wanted to grow more but my skin/ frenulum was holding me back. Well, I lived with it for 12 years. This time and for 11 months now I have been on coconut oil for jelqing, I can say that no longer do I ever feel I don't have enough skin, my skin has stretched with coconut oil for sure. For me I could not do what I do without it. For me coconut oil is essential in my PE journey. The dick feels smooth, rested, and stretches.

This is also with and without RED + NIR pad. No problem 11 months in with coconut oil.

I would say save your money! you can achieve this really easily with the length master, just do one set a day with your foreskin pulled forward And the same with your penis elongation wrap.
