So I finally ordered my length master after about 6 months of wanting one. I am patiently waiting arrival as we speak and I don't know but im hoping for one of the tiger walnut ones dld said he had a few of. Anyways I plan on just doing the basic stretches but with much increased intensity and start hanging. I am really expecting some major gains by using this new tool. After a month or so I might try some of the more advanced stuff but it now just the up down and out and might try them bundled. Im really looking forward to trying it out and to hear any advice some of y'all might have. I've read almost every thread in this forum so I think I've got a handle on it. I will report back once I get it
