I recently started doing SSJs and was amazed by the incredible expansion I got doing them. I was never able to get great expansion before, and with SSJs I'm able to go from my typical EG of 5-5.125" to well over 5.5". And they are fairly easy to do. I think this is one of the best exercises out there, you guys should give these a try.

DLD - how long do you think it typically takes for your regular EG to catch up with your expanded during-workout girth?

They fucking rock! I am so glad you are doing them. I miss my Slow Squash Jelq session more than anything else on my break. My girth swells into the sevens on a typical session.

Who really knows but if you do the SSJ everyday your girth will be up everyday:D Eventually it is going to stick but in the mean time the SSJ get you to a crazy girth level.
 
where can you find instructions on these slow squash jelqs, even though im probably not ready for the yet, i would like to know how to do them so i can when im ready. is it on mos?

I love SSJs because they help to pinpoint the upper shaft, which has always been a problem area for me. I have gained a bit of midshaft girth and plenty of base girth over the course of my Penis Enlargement career, but that elusive upper shaft expansion has yet to show up. I think I can fix that with the SSJs.

They are the only manual girth exercises I do nowadays along with dry jelqs.
 
i am extremeley curious to try a set of these to see what happens, but i've been off and on for the past couple of weeks. lately ive been getting 100% hard, and then squeezing at the base and watching it expand huge, with tons of never seen before veins popping out. so i think i may be conditioned to try it out. what do you guys think? you think i should, or should i waiT?

How long have you been training for?
