I actually use my
SG about 1cm past BPFSL .
Lets say you have a 16 cm bpfsl so you set
SG at 17cm, after you use your
SG for a solid 200 hours you measure at 16,5cm bpfsl, so now you either decide to maintain your tension for more 50-100 hours to see if any more gains are made, or increase your
SG tension to 17,5 cm .
I believe this is the right way to produce gains on the long term, also warm up and manual stretching are very important.
on top of that, if you have the time and privacy to heat your penis while on
SG, with heating pad or rice sock every 15-30 minutes that will surely help the gains!!
