DLD,

I've been doing Penis Enlargement for a while now, but I have recently been on a break for about a month or so. I just wanted to know if I should start with Phase One for safety, or should I just go ahead and move to Phase 2? The only gains I recieved from me Peing before was a little bit of thickness nothing more. Also, the only thing I have not done in your Phase 1 was the Testicle Health exercise. I am planning on starting my routine in a week or so after I read everything in full detail and get my schedule down pakced. Please let me know which route I should take.

I say rock Phase 1! I think it is the perfect workout to restart at and I think it is an incredible workout to use as a refresher when another workout becomes stale.

Phase One is awesome stuff. I've only Penis Enlargemented sporadically, as my long commute and overtime I sometimes do make it very difficult to keep a regular routine. While I have phased in some Phase Two stuff with my Phase One exercises, Phase One remains my bread and butter. I think DLD would tell you it provided his most substantial gains. Hell, why move onto Phase Two until your sure you've somewhat exhausted your gains from Phase One?
 
What kind of breaks should used by Phase One? 5 on 2 off or 1 on 1 off?

REST DAYS
I have always trained 7 days on no days off. I think this type of schedule promotes a more habitual program. For me days off can quickly turn into weeks off so it is better for me to be a daily trainer. I also believe that the penis only needs 24 hours of recovery before it is trained again. Some guys either do not have the time for this or it may be too difficult at first. In this case I recommend deducting one day at a time until the perfect routine is created. i.e. 6 on 1 off, 5 on 2 off.
 
Another question regarding phase one... it is designed to be performed in separate parts throughout the day. How does this affect warmups? I like to warm up for about 10-15 minutes before each workout. If the workout is broken up, this would be more or less ridiculous. Is it sufficient to just warm up before the first Penis Enlargement workout of the day, and not at the segments later on?

Good question and I think this is really up to each individual. A warm up is intended to help prepare the penis for workout and help speed repair after workouts. I would say 10-15 minutes of warming up could be trimmed down to 5 minutes prior to workouts only and do a warm-down at the end of the day only, as you will be stopping for the day. The TESTICLE HEALTH MASSAGE can be used as your warm down (2 birds with one stone:)) But if you want to do many short sessions throughout the day and you feel you need 15 minute WARM-UPS and DOWNS for each than you may be spending more time prepping yourself than training.
 
I would think, and believe I've read, that the warm-up would be more essential to the stretching aspect of the workout, versus the jelqing. Stretching definitely puts more strain on the tissue.
