sg on with the same bars i had on it just before i started my girth workout so yeah i agree with you about leaving girth to the end what i was also wanting to know was would you see faster gains in lenght if i did not do girth work what so ever what do you think then add girth once i get a few inchs in lenght what way did you start and yeah sorry for all the posts just want to do it the best way possile as you know best thanks peter
