Due to my job it cannot be evident that I am doing PE here is what I use and the routine.

Materials:
  1. Materials
  2. LengthMaster
  3. Stelth Undergarment
  4. Phallosan
  5. Stallion Cock Ring (CTC Company)
  6. Penomet
Before I leave for work I make sure I have the Stealth Undergarment on. This is at best a passive stretching device that can be worn all day, at its worst it just ensures that you don't retract during the day. A lot like the Uncle Jims strap but in my opinion its better.

When I get home I use the length master and do bundle stretches at all 12 angles for 30 sec each 3 times. Once I have recovered from this I will either put on the Phallosan at yellow to red tension or use the Penomet with either the grey or red gator for 20 min. If I used the pump then I will put on the lowest of the stallion cock rings for about an hour so that I keep the pump longer. Once done with pumping I will put on the Phallosan for the rest of the night.... between yellow and red tension.

The only thing that changes is when I pump. Either I pump after the length routine or I pump later in the night. Regardless it is either in the phallosan or I have a cock ring on. The Phallosan was the missing piece I believe. To gain real length you need o have it in a ADS for at least 8 hrs a day. The only thing I think I can improve on is getting a better pump. I have my eyes on the CTC variable pressure pump. It looks AWESOME!!!!

Excellent routine, I could not write it better myself, good work. So looking at this routine I am sure you will make incredible gains. I wanted to also exemplify the fact that using a Phallosan, SizeGenetics, PeniMasterPro, etc. for as many hours as possible will not only cement the size you have gained it will be delivering new gains at the same time. I am excited to watch this play out! I wish you the best on this new journey!
 
how many keegals should i be doing. ive been neglecting it and i probably shouldnt.

You can do them all day long.
Start doing them while you brush your teeth, or are at a stop light

do them anywhere any time, just make sure you dont do a lot at once in public or you'll probably get a boner o-o

Lol, never happened to me.
I get a boner for other reasons when in public, like seeing hot girls sometimes does that

Do them as much as possible and eventually you will be in automatic mode and you will kegel all day not even knowing it!

Do you think it is beneficial to kegel while hanging?
Because I hang right now and wonder if I should do kegels.
But usually you would do RKs when doing length...
 
ok thanks guys i need to do a lot more kegels. ive noticed my EQ go down. bout how long does it take to see results?

Reverse Kegels while hanging are great since it releases the penis from the strength of the Pelvic Floor Muscles. I would advise you to do as many Kegels as you possibly can before hanging as this will cause fatigue and further the lengthening process.

If you take up basic jelqing while increasing the strength of your PFM through Kegels you will see results in a month, probably much sooner.

Do you prefer doing short RKs or longer ones or a mixture of both?

longer because when holding it you get that better stretch for a longer period of time.

Go for as long as you can, over time you will be able to go longer and longer.
