Okay.
When I tried doing RKs for the first time in the LM, I noticed I have to tighten it more often - or maybe I'm just imagining things.

it will happen because you're esesntially doing an anti erection so it might deflate more

Exactly, it feels that way but what is really happening is the muscles are releasing and it gives the feeling of expansion.

muscles inactive will get smaller and move less too

Yeah I use to be a wimp at working out legs and became weak but i need my legs to walk and climb stairs. So i started working out my legs with barbell and i love squats now. I need mylegs so im using it :)
