Sounds good I’ll give it a look further down the line... I managed to get the l.m on the other night n used it to hang for 10 mins or so with just over 1kg n it felt ok, I masterbated earlier on n pumped semi perfect straight after then strapped up while my penis was still quite engorged. Maybe this is how I need to wrap? As my flaccid is small n just gets squished up hah

Sounds good. You would want to wrap after length to keep the elongation going and you will want to use a cock ring to retain the pumps asap.

If you do not own a Phalosan or SizeGenetics your can use ACE, but after every length session make sure you wrap to keep the penis in an elongated position whilst healing.
 
Well quite well I’d say...I stretched outward as much as I could then began the wrap as tightly as possible...I was wrapped for about 15 to 20 minutes and it felt good tbh. Any tips or advice?

Since you got it down replace all stretching with LengthMaster stretching. All stretches can be done with the LM and you will have endless intensity! I can't wait to hear your reviews.
 
Hmm still a working progress I’d say, I can’t stretch very hard as the wrap slips off...same with hanging but the foundation is there. In regards to the ace wrap how long should I wear it? I can manage 15 to 20 minutes atm before I need to release it

If you are having slippage I refer you to the wrapping forum to try other wraps, most men need to experiment with a few styles before finding what works best for them. Do not get discouraged, you will what works perfectly for you through trying different methods. I can go 30 minutes in the wrap before needing to rewrap. It has been this way since I came out with the UJ Ace Wrap. After 30 minutes I take on fluid and need to take off, restore circulation and rewrap. Some men can go much longer but to me, a reward every half hour is smart as you can tighten up the wrap.
 
ITs worth a look, hopefully I can find something satisfactory. I’m still struggling with length results tho! Whenever I feel like I’m getting a good stretch technique it goes n I lose my grip, on top of that my penis just turtles up shortly after? Why am I struggling so much to make length gains?

That is why you need to get into the wrapping forum and choose a better wrap that does not slip. I can imagine how irritating it must be when there is slippage as it makes it hard to gain. Once you master a wrap that is comfortable you will be able to go very intense. When I was first starting hanging I could not hang more than 10 pounds without pinching and slippage. It was so fucking frustrating! I finally asked Stillwantmore for advice and he showed me his technique of wrapping. I started to use that and I was able to go from 10 pounds with pinching and slippage to 70 pounds of pure stretch and comfort with 0% slippage. It is all about the wrap!
 
Excellent stuff, i know it is possible just can’t seem to get anything right with p.e. Anything in regards to turtling and no flaccid length gains?

Have you considered the Phallosan to aid in increasing flaccid size? It is the best way out there. You could also avoid wrapping using the SizeGenetics by using the VLC connection. At the very least you should practice ACE wrapping to increase flaccid size. Flaccid size is all about teaching your dick to remain elongated and heavy throughout the day. The penis naturally turtles as a protection for the penis when not in use. You need to change this by consistent and constant tension on the flaccid penis. Also, if privacy allows electric heating pads used for hours after training also help the penis to remain elongated. Do not give up, just search deeper. We will get you gaining no matter how long it takes.
 
I have started to use the ace bandage wrap but after 15 to 20 minutes my penis is completely senseless and I unwrap, is this normal, and should I re wrap after? Another problem is I don’t have time during the day to constantly keep re wrapping n heating etc, I come home do some stretching shower then do some s r t work, then put on. Head band cock-ring a couple times

I can only go for 30 minutes between wraps but it is a pain that is why the Phallosan is so great, there is no need to take off for hours. It is pricy but worth the investment on two levels, maybe 3. First it is an amazing active gaining device, meaning under heavy load you are making gains, next it is a wonderful passive tool, to keep you extended while healing. The 3rd, which has to do with modification. If you have a SizeGentcis laying around you can combine the Phallosan with the SG and make the PhalloGenetics, an insanely powerful active modification.
 
I deliberated between the phallosan and the l.m but opted for the l.m for its versatility (hanging and stretching) but I’ve had difficulties with it so will look in to the phallosan, but the concern isn’t that I’ve spent a lot of money on p.e already with practically zero results
 
If you've had 'zero results' then it's more a 'routine thing' than it is an 'equipment thing'. PE is basic physics...you impart enough force against something and it will eventually move

True and the one thing that can get in the way of gains is self. When we think that we can not gain or we dwell on the lack of gains it subconsciously holds us back when training. Without even knowing it a man will hold himself back from gaining. What is most important in gaining is intensity and time under intensity. First it is vital to know your grey area, between gain and injury. We should always be in this zone as this is where gains come fastest. Finding this area takes a little bit of experimenting but with diligence you can find that area. As time progresses you will need to increase intensity to keep gains going. I would create a new routine and let us critique it for you. There are many routines to model after, SRT is best. Make a good selection based on time, equipment, privacy, etc. From there we can advise. Everyone can gain, if gains are not coming we will find out why and get you gaining. As Big stated, it is all basic physics.
 
I just don’t know what to do anymore! There’s so many types of stretching and types of equipment required I really don’t know where to turn, when I do try something I don’t know if I’m doing it right anyway because I don’t notice any real difference.

A current routine is something like;
Upward bundled stretch with kegels to warm up
Downward left b-t-c x3 30s
“ Right “
Straight down stretch with rotaries x3 30s + 20 rotaries
Then either some DLD a-stretch blasters (50 reps would take too long so I usually do half) or power assist stretches upward n downward.
After I try to do some erect stretches but I can’t feel anything tbh, then go on to Bathmate work which is just a generic pump and jelq, sometimes my erection level is high, sometimes it’s lower so jelqing is mixed intensity.

After I wrap a head band around my penis base to retain a pump but later I take it off to allow circulation but it just goes and my penis has a puffy patch just below the glans.

There’s so much more I’ve read on the SRT thread and simply don’t understand.
