So I purchased tile, clamps, and pre wrap (for protection/cushion). I tried using the cable clamp at the base putting my erection at 95-100%. Then once i put the tile and clamps on, the pressure was SOO intense it felt like my penis was going to explode. So i couldnt do it. I then went at about 50% erection unclamped and performed 2 sets for 15 mins. It was comfortable, but i feel like im not going to get the full benefit out of the workout.

Is the clamping something i will need to build up to?

What are some feedback from people doing this exercise?

I know im going to get big things done the wrong from this though.
 
1- yes, it is something you MUST build up to. It is one of the most advance/dangerous Penis Enlargement exercises. Be extremely cautious when you do it.

2- I have heard insane shit about that one!
 
Try holding onto the clamps to take some force off the tiles and then slowly as the minute(s) progress allow more pressure by releasing your grip on the clamps. You penis isn't going to explode. I doubt 50% erection is going to give you great expansion - I know generally with clamping people recommend around 80%. I go full erection in the crushers because I know some of the blood is going to get pushed out and I will soon be at around 80-90% erection; therefore, I want to make quick work of the extra blood while I have it. And typically I don't go to straight full pressure crusher - I take my own advice, I hold the clamps for a bit and as some blood is forced out and the pressure isn't too great I increase pressure by lessening my grip. One thing you might want to try instead of clamps with springs is the clamps that hold in a set position once you push the clamps together (I tried this before with Irwin quick grips from Home Depot and it works like a charm). This way you can get to the maximum amount of pressure you want. I typically use the spring clamps though because I like the constant squeezing pressure.

lOl, I don't have a ton of experience with it - maybe a couple months, but I have just kinda played around with them and figured out a couple of ways to make them work for me.

One thing that's really easy is tojust slap your dick on a counter and squash with the tile!
 
This exercise definitely has to be build up to. I was very experienced with clamping before I tried this and I have to say that experience is a must on these. They are in the top of a list of extreme Penis Enlargement exercises.

A thing you really need to know about the Frendoz is that 15 mins is really needed at a significant pressure for there to be lasting change. Red mentioned that in one of his posts and I find that to be true also. This is one exercise I am counting the seconds until I can take the compression off.

I use a large bib hanger as my compression tool. I had to wrap my cock with a masturbation tool silicone wrap to make it tolerable.
I do this exercise once or twice a month because it changes the shape of my cock so quickly and for so long. That and the girls didnt seem to be tolerating the width as well which then limited the sexual activity(talk about your all time backfires).

I personally couldnt hold that type of pressure for that long with my hands alone. I am impressed that you guys do.

Not only is it hard to hold the pressure for that long with just your hands but I also found I held back when I did it (my setup was a little different: I used my forearms to push down with my penis compressed between a metal block and a table) and what I mean by held back is I let up at times when it was getting uncomfortable. I think the spring clamps are a good option because they are “unbiased” like they are full pressure at once and don’t have any reservations even if it is uncomfortable for you.

3.Place clamp over wrap. The clamp should be as close to the pubic bone as possible. Tighten the clamp.
4.Stimulate the penis to the highest erection possible. Without causing any pain or discomfort, tighten the clamp as tight as possible.
5. Kegel blood into the penis.
6.Leave clamped for 5 to 10 minutes.
But If you experience any of negative signs like numbness, pain immediately take the clamp off and apply a warm-up to your penis.

Yeah, that's how you slowly build up to the Frendos :)
 
Very easy way for lowering the intensity for me is using Tiles that aren't very thick.
Normally i use 2 books as tiles.But it gives very intense pressure.So what i have done is finding books that arent thick.Well one isnt exactly a book but a piece of laminate parquet http://i.imgur.com/13D7GlR.jpg 0.5cm thick.
And the other tile is very slim notebook with hard covers 0.8cm thick.
In order for this to work you need certain type of clamps. My clamps look exactly like these http://i.imgur.com/Evz3jbE.jpg so when you slightly squeeze the clamp it opens a little and you need very little force to do so, but if you want the clamp to be open at its maximum you should squeeze it much harder.That means that it depends how much force is applied to your dick thtough the clamps by how thick are the tiles that you use. So with thick tiles the calmp has to be more open which causes higher pressure to the penis. But with tiles which arent that thick the clamp isn't open that much and the pressure applied to the penis isn't that extreme.

I would never recommend anyone to use a clamp. There is to much risk involved. If you developed Deep Vain Trombosis (DVT), you will regret your decision for the rest of your life.
Read about DVT. Pretty much, DVT is coagulated blood inside your vains, and it can then dislodge, and travel inside your vains, and can then destroy your heart, lungs and brain....

The only program you need for girth is:
