Hey guys, I've been suffering from really bad pe recently, I have a sensitive head and the excitement just gets too much =(

These preventative measures are what I have gathered so far:

Edging
Stop start
Reverse kegel when about to come
Reverse kegel + normal kegel excercises
Counting during sex to distract self
Relax pc muscle during sex
Use meditative techniques, such as imagining body free from sexual arosual

If anyone has any other tips or methods, that'd be great! I do not wish to use supplements though

I was also wondering two other things: I can stop start without any problems, but when i re enter, or start masturbating again, it hardly seems to take any time before I back at the climax point again =( - is there anyway I can improve this?

Secondly, if you had been edging for a few days and you were heading out with the chance (however small =P) of getting laid - should you masturbate to orgasm before leaving?

If you get frustrated by the mental exercises at first, you could try using an SSRI (such as Paxil) to give you immediate results in the meantime.

No way I know of. I suffered from this intermittently when younger, but it went away on its own. Sorry.

paxil definitely works. i was on it for social anxiety disorder and was literally unable to blow within like the first 40mins of sex/wanking.

I'm on lexapro now and for some reason it is causing premature ejaculation for me, which is not a sideeffect according to any website i've seen...

But mostly premature ejaculation is a result of your body getting used to the way you wank. If you start wanking and go real fast until you get on the edge of cumming and then stop... your body starts to think that this is the normal way to be. When you do jerk, take it real slow so you can get used to it... Simulate sex instead of beating the crap out of ur dick.

DLD and all the guys here are experts on Penis Enlargement but when it comes to your type of premature ejaculation using your mind will do SHIT ALL!!! THERE IS ONLY ONE WAY TO CURE IT.

Listen to this carefully, i dont even need to ask you because i know you are uncircumcised, so the only way to stop your premature ejaculation is to
GET CIRCUMCISED, if you choose not to get circumcised then you will have this problem for the rest of your life.

the frenulum contains a high amount of nerves which cause extreme sensitivity in some cases, remove it (circumcision) and the problems gone.

The frenulum is not removed in circumcision.
 
Here's a couple things that help me:

-If I have to pee, it's more difficult for me to orgasm. Don't be uncomfortable, but don't urinate right before sex. I usually try to time it so that my bladder is half full or so. Sometimes if I have to pee before sex, I'll start to pee then squeeze off once the sensation fades to a comfortable level.
-I do my times tables in my head. That is the best mental exercise I've found so far.
-Finally, age has something to do with it. From 15-27 I was good for only a few minutes most of the time. Since then (I'm now 29) I have much better control over my orgasms. I can almost always stop them mentally now, with no kegel contraction. The one problem I've ran into is that if I stop the orgasm from happening more than a couple times, it becomes very difficult for me to finally finish when we're ready for it. Most of the time, I end up having to pull out and have her jerk me off on her tits, or jerk myself off on her tits to make it happen once I've stopped the orgasm more than 2-3 times.
-Lastly, you might consider some Levitra/Viagra. I haven't tried Viagra, but I recently tried Levitra for the first time and it was incredible. My normal recharge time after orgasm is 10 minutes at the best, and up to hours after several sessions. With Levitra on board, I was ready to go again in less than 2 minutes. Even after several sessions, I was still able to perform for her (rock hard I might add). I couldn't achieve orgasm, but I was able to maintain an erection without an issue.
 
Another thing that will help is masturbating differently. The best analogy I can think of is that sprints are no way to practice for a marathon. Slow down, go as long as you can. Think of it as practice for sex, instead of just a convenient way to bust a nut.
 
Just do 50 kegels,5 sek long every 2 days...one day one,one day off and your situation will become good...

That is great information sharing helpful to all. Start and stop technique is easier to all and very effective.
