I personally think power stretching is better. I feel like hanging for a long period of time makes your penis STRONGER not LONGER. The main goal is to make it LONGER. I believe doing 1 minutes sets and taking 15 minute breaks is best. If you look at weight lifting, taking breaks is essential in order to lift more and gain more muscle. Hangers also take breaks in between, but I believe, hanging weights for 10 minutes or more begins to make the penis stronger. Another thing, you can power stretch in different angles, finding potential hidden gains. When I began hanging and did so for almost a year, I realized my flaccid stretch length towards the left and right decreased. Ever since I started using LM I’m beginning it to increase again. When the penis becomes STRONGER, you have to use more force to feel the same stretch. It’s better if you do power stretches and not hang. I gained more length from manual stretches 1.5 EL and .25EL from hanging with less effort...
 
Very different animals. The Lengthmaster is very unique in the sense that it allows for very intense stretching in short repetitions. The simple fact that you can do bundles and rolls using the LM is enough to grab one. But it goes way beyond that, you can do every single manual stretch using the LM with so much more intensity. The LM can also be used as a hanger but I agree with you there’s more intensity in the assisted stretch than and hanging.
 
In weight lifting you are trying to strengthen mainly muscles. In growing your dick you are stretching and aiming for plastic deformation of mainly different types of cartilage. Me and many others were in the opposite camp, we gained more from hanging than manuals but both have their place. The LM is unique in that it can increase the intensity of manuals very easily or act as a hanger. Hanging is great because stress can be more accurately measured and acted upon according to the data generated. SRT and other theories really are a simple concept and one that has worked for many. Intensely attack the tissues, yes attack, without causing injury. Let partially heal in extended state with lower stress being inflicted such as ADS, light stretches throughout day or light to medium hanging under longer duration. Up stress and progressive overload slowly as needed.

Keep repeating until the amount of time and/or intensity needed to inflict adequate stress is too great or will never be enough, tissues are tough now, and then take a month or two decon break. Come back at much lower intensity and start over.
