I personally think power stretching is better. I feel like hanging for a long period of time makes your penis STRONGER not LONGER. The main goal is to make it LONGER. I believe doing 1 minutes sets and taking 15 minute breaks is best. If you look at weight lifting, taking breaks is essential in order to lift more and gain more muscle. Hangers also take breaks in between, but I believe, hanging weights for 10 minutes or more begins to make the penis stronger. Another thing, you can power stretch in different angles, finding potential hidden gains. When I began hanging and did so for almost a year, I realized my flaccid stretch length towards the left and right decreased. Ever since I started using LM I’m beginning it to increase again. When the penis becomes STRONGER, you have to use more force to feel the same stretch. It’s better if you do power stretches and not hang.
