Hi everyone. I have a question about the lengthmaster. I don't have much time in the day for Pe and I want to use the time I do have wisely.so I wanted y'all's opinion on which I should do, hanging with the lengthmaster or the power stretches with the lengthmaster. Which one have y'all had better results with? When I hang I usually hang for 1-2 hours and I have a nice hang. When I stretch it's only 30-40 minutes and I don't have as much hang as I do compared to when I hang.
 
I'm not exactly sure but if I were you, I'd do a combination of both.
 
That's what I'd love to do, but like I said I don't have much time during the day. Work full time, went back to college, have a family and kid you know. I know it'll take me longer to see gains with less time doing Pe but that's why I'm trying to figure out with if these 2 have people seen the best gains. Thank you for your comment
 
Hanging IMO, but @ what weight are you hanging @?

What do you mean by power stretches?

Well you said you could do 2 hours of hanging. That means you could do like 30 mins of power stretching and 1 and a half hours of hanging. I plan on getting back to hanging pretty soon (really miss it) just saving up cash for an LG hanger since I do not like compression hangers.
 
Halp, most days I don't have that much time. I'd love to do that every day but doesn't always work that way. I might try doing the power stretches and hang when I can.
 
can you use the LM with resistant bands? it combines hanging and stretching to make an awesome POWER PE SESSION
 
warm up untill loosened up.

power stretch (focus your energy here)

when the cock has been stretched out of the ordinary size put it in the hanger at low weight (build your way up mate gains at the lowlvl you dont want to skip)

put on some mozard and read a book.

get out of the hanger. do some masturbation to restore bloodflow and some horse squeezes to push the inner tubes.

repeat routine (use warm cloth as needed)

end with a massage of your best buddy. and warm down to spoil him.
 
It might be a toss up. Hanging means extended periods of stretching with no breaks. Manual stretches means multiple angles and movement. I think I read somewhere that DLD said that movement and different angles were very important when stretching, and I agree in my experience. But if you're limited with time.... It's a toss up.

I think hitting all angles is just plain smart. It is difficult to know exactly where gains are coming from and it is easy to hit all angles so I do this. The LengthMaster makes this very easy and when I finish chamber stretching it is easy to toss some weight on and hang for a while.

honestly i told myself once ive used the length master for a month or so id add btc hanging light weight and find what fatigues me and ride the fatique and base my progression from that from what i see lght weight longer time seems to be the best way to go
 
I stand behind the theory of exhaustion when it comes to length. I say the more time you spend on it- the better. Some people think the best way is intense and fast, I say it is starting off lightly and gradually increasing intensity (over a long period every single day).

I agree. Stretch that shit for as long as you can, everyday in all directions

Once the LengthMaster is strapped on there is no stopping the stretching and the intensity is through the roof. Power Stretching really describes the LengthMaster in the best way.

What is Power Stretching though? Some new exercise you thought of while I was gone? :)

I think it's just stretching with a lot of intensity. Intensity that isn't usually achievable using the hands for most people. the lengthmaster easily provides power stretching abilities it seems for everyone who uses it
