I have only started to stretch and use yoga poses recently. However, I have found one that may be beneficial in Penis Enlargement. Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose), often called the goddess pose or exhaulted warrior feels wonderful for the pelvic region. Some benefits reported for this pose include:
Stimulates abdominal organs like prostate gland, bladder, and kidneys
Stimulates the heart and improves general circulation
Stretches the inner thighs, groins, and knees
Helps relieve the symptoms of stress, mild depression.
Opens the chest, hips, the groin.
Stimulates the uro-genital, respiratory and cardiovascular systems.
Increases vitality in digestive organs.
And basically frees energy flow in the pelvic area, while strengthing and toning the lower body.
Before being biast go ahead and mix it with some exercises in the pose and it will hopefully help in your gains. If anyone knows any other poses that maybe beneficial post them here, thanks.
