Anyone tried any pills for this and had good results for a quick fix but not anti depressent.

Prescription: Dapox. It's specifically designed for PE. It's a short acting SSRI. I would only use SSRI's as a last ditch effort.
OTC/ONLINE Supplements: Theanine/5HTP. There are a few others, but they can do more harm than good.

There are also speculative links to high histamine and PE.
High histamine is also linked to high EQ though.

Are they expensive? I dont have insureance or anything like that. What are the aaffects?

Dapoxetine varies depending on where you get it. I think you can only get it in the EU as of now.
Theanine/5htp you can find under $15. Would try one for a week and gauge the results. Search for other user experiences w/ the supplements.

The effects are from a raise in serotonin. Take it as recommended. Can also help w/ performance anxiety as well, but not in relation to erections I think.

Safe? Eh. Look up the sides on dapoxetine. It's a bit different animal then other SSRI's as it's much shorter.
Read this thread: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/.../31436-premature-ejaculation-is-a-killer.html

Here is a post on the duration is lasts: http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/...lation-is-a-killer-post600423.html#post600423 (some users might report differently though).

Theanine is pretty safe. I never heard of anyone having issues w/ this.
5HTP I would put in the same ballpark as dapoxetine, just slightly safer as it's not a prescription SSRI.

Why pills though? Why not give a few squeeze/kegel/breathing techniques a try?
There is also a fleshlight called STU (stamina training unit) that is supposed to make you cum very quick. This can help you try to control your PONR (point of no return (where you're about to cum)), so that you last longer (in theory) w/ a woman.

I have been studying the use of stimulants in resistant depression disorder and there seems to be a lot of measurable success in not only Bi-polar patients but patients with ADHD and other spectrum disorders. I really want to give this a try for at least the depressive stages of my illness. I usually get no hope from any of the studies done on psychotropics but the few studies I have read using amphetamines seem to have real results. I will be talking to my doctor about this on my next visit. If you are interested in it look up "Bi-poloar Disorder and Stimulants"

I take "paroxetine HCL 20mg" my doctor prescribed to me for anxiety. It greatly helps me control my heart rate when i'm having an anxiety attack and reduces how frequently i get them but it helps delay ejaculation too.
Without it, sex for me would last 5-10 minutes before ejaculation. With half a pill I could do 15-20 minutes. With a full pill I could do 30 minutes+ an can feel every sensation. But if i take a full pill daily, say for a week, I could go for way longer but the sensation you feel decreases.
Therefore, when I know i'm going to get some action, i always take a full pill the day before.

Was reading about it and seen that it also helps for panic disorder. How long does it take to work in your system for sexual activities?

Managed to find this:
AUC was only slightly increased (6%) when drug was administered with food but the Cmax was 29% greater, while the time to reach peak plasma concentration decreased from 6.4 hours post‑dosing to 4.9 hours
Peak plasma levels generally occurred within 3 to 7 hours.

Seems more like it would be best suited for GAD based on these numbers. I'm more interested in it for the panic disorder part, but killing two birds w/ one stone sure would be nice. Dapox, tramadol, paxil, are the top 3 prescriptions for PE that I've come across. I know about there other 2, but not much on paxil since I heard it has more side effects than the other 2. One being a short-SSRI and the other being more for pain.

I believe mine is a Paxil, and I'm not really sure about how long it takes. I would say maybe if you've first started taking it for the first week taking half pills it may take up to 2-3 days before you will experience delayed ejaculation.

Was worried about that being the case. Didn't want to have to take something that long in order to feel results. I know it's pretty good for panic disorder so I may try it in the future as a trial thing just to see how it works. Good that it's working for you though. Hopefully it doesn't impact erections any. Heard of a few people needing to stack a PDE5i w/ it.

Premature ejaculation is the problem may men are facing. These includes psychological problems such as depression, stress. Some medications as Sildenafil may help to overcome the problem.

The only pills that helped me with premature ejaculation was antidepressants like Zoloft or Prozac. Exercise helps a great deal if you practice edging and ballooning.
