I did the PHASE 1 routine as it is written for about 3 months. After that I doubled up the stretching routine and added a second JELQ session before bed. I gained almost 2" and some girth (not completely sure how much).
I've gained nearly an inch in length from stretchingsimilar to phase 1. I did phase 1 for a month or so and then added different girth stuff and switched up the stretches some, but never moved on to phase 2. I think from here on out I'll be doing my own stuff, borrowing from the phases sometimes. Phase 2 was going to take up too much time.
