hello every one, i'm new here and this is my first post,
So i am an overweighted man, 265lbs for 5' 11 and my penis size is 5.11inches for the lenght and 6.1 in circumference.
So my question is does my overweight have an effect on my penis size and if the answer is yes, what would it by (the size) if i was in my Health weight wich is for a man in my tall, 165lb (100lbs less)

Yes that is why we have bone pressed measurement as a standard for length measurement. Place the ruler directly on top of the penis and press it to the pubic bone so you are ignoring the fat pad. Your girth is very good for having no enlargement experience.

it would depend on your Bone Pressed Erect length. You have fat where you would measure you penis. Shove the ruler into the pubic bone in order to get your true and more accurate size.

Like the others said it does play a role. I was very similar build to you 6 months ago but I'm down to about 240 now and still losing. I've gain pretty good but I also started pe the same time as I started trying to lose weight. Reguardless I can personally tell you that weight loss will improve your size especially if combined along size a routine.

after documentation on the web and after consulting some forums, it apears that a loss of 30-50lbs will "reveal" 1 inch of penis.
So, knowing that i'im 13cm now, and that i have to loose 100lbs, i think that loosing fat well be the most effective PE exercice for me !

If that's what sounds good to you then do it :) Good luck bastbastbast, and remember if you want to grow your penis you can always do hand stretching and engorging exemplified in the newbie routine and SRT.
 
You will love yourself more if you can get rid of those fat. This will expose enough inner penis hidden under your fat pad.

It's a long journey (weight loss) I'm currently still trying to loose more. I suggest you get into a manual routine alongside your weight loss plan and stay consistent. Add intensity as time progresses, by doing this alongside weight loss you should see optimal gains and will most definately feel better about yourself as you start to see and feel the changes. Stay strong through it all brother.
 
When I was at 8.5" I weighed about 280 pounds and I had a fat pad of close to 2 inches. So only seeing 6.5" of 8.5" I had was rather depressing. The biggest gain I ever made was a loss! A loss of weight that is! Once I lost all that fat, down to maybe 15%, my fat pad was less than 1/4", you can imagine how good it felt to actually see the 2" gain I made! So with PE in so many cases is the addition of weight loss, between the two you will make amazing gains. Even if you did absolutely no PE and only lost weight you would make an incredible "visual" gain in size. Add PE into it and you could double that!
 
that bloody fat pad hahalol quite frustating when measuring and knowing that theres 1+inches hidden bhind that layer of disgusting fat :p

i thank you all for your answers, i actualy started a programme to lose 60lbs in 30weeks and i'll measure my penis length every four weeks without starting PE activities for now (i want to know what is my real size.), i'll keep you in touch with the result.

that could be a motivation for those how want to get rid of that bloody fat.
 
You can lose the fat pad it will just be a case of how lean you become to do so. For me, to have my fat pad be at 1/4" or less, I am far too thin (145). So I am shooting for 1/2" and a weight of 175, at the weight I am I look great so I can deal with the slight increase in fat pad.

awesome dude making some positive changes, i would still start PE now though if I was you. read about the newbie routine and basic shit like A-stretch, V-stretch, Uli, and so on. enlargement is a time and patience game so the sooner you start the better. you are correct though with losing weight you will look and feel bigger in the pants.

Well I can say that what matters is calories more than what you take in. Preferably portion and complex carbs. will bring the best results but as long as you caloric intake is lower than that you need for the day you will lose weight. Adding in aerobic exercise will speed the process. Weight training will refine the process. I am lucky in the sense I am naturally very muscular so when I lose weight it is always fat a lose. But I want to stress that in any diet there needs to be rewards, for me it is a candy bar and an ice cream cone :)
