Is it normal ?

After stretching it , it gets really small but fat .

After my jelq session it get's longer i guess because of the blood , but yeah does anyone elses shrivels up when stretching ?
 
I suggest doing a decent warm up and then warm down. I always warmup in the bathtub on days where I stretch, or at least do something that keeps a constant heat on the tendons and the tissue in that area, but I think more importantly is the warm down. Since while you're stretching it, you're almost shocking the tendons, if you pull too hard in one day without the warmdown, you're going to have some shrinkage. However, the shrinkage will be little to none with a decent warmdown.

Washcloth under warm water, hottub, hot bath, hot shower, anything to keep that area warm man. :)
Even if you cant do the water related option, you can always warm it up with your hands by some warmup stretches (nothing overkill, or at the level you would do a regular stretch at).

I always warm up and down , i use a warm wash cloth before stretching then after my jelq session i do again .
After my jelq session is my kegel sess .
 
Uncle Jims Strap is what you need. After you train, step it on and start training your penis to stay extended. The penis, after many years, eventually starts to become trained to stay in a turtled position, it is vital to tach it to stay elongated if you want to change this. You could also look into a SizeGenetics Extender, this will not only keep you extended but will increase your penis length.

Damn , is it mandatory ? I'm on a budget right now .

You most likely have one in your bathroom somewhere. It is the same material you use to wrap a sprained ankle.

Should I be doing a warm down after stretching if I put on extender right after stretching?
Also, is it bad to stop a stretching session in the middle to put on a heating pad for a minute or is that beneficial?

a warm down with the heating pad is ideal, you can even use the heating pad during stationary sessions in the SizeGenetics. My warm downs have mostly been just wrapping my dick in an electric heating pad for as long as I could after a session. I would love to pull it out every hour and get 5 minutes of stretching in, when it was so heated and pliable due to the heating.

I do 5 minutes for the warm-up and warm-down. I will have a stopwatch to monitor, and every time I have to soak the washcloth again I stop timing it until I am wrapped up again. 15 minutes sounds good, 10 min is usually how long a proper warm up takes me.

The heating pad/stretching thing might become addictive. The pliability of the tissue, after the penis has been heated for a few minutes, is very stretchable!
