Penis Pump? Any Suggestions?

Yo, name's Dave and looking at getting another penis pump any recomendations as i have just got a Penomet no instructions in the box? Does anyone know where these pumps come from and if they are built to a certain standard? is it normal not to have the manufacturers information with the product am sending it back ! not happy

Hey man. The first part of getting great customer service is being a "great customer".

I'd write them an email, and PM Dave here on the Mos forums too. Let them know,??? they missed some items in your package. Most of the instructions can be gleaned from viewing the instructional video on the DVD... that's the instructions...

Also understand, this product is SO good they are having insane success as a fairly new company and are growing at a crazy pace. Some low % of errors happen to the very best companies in every industry.
You I'm sure have an error or failure rate doing your job too. You fix them and move on, right? Give them a chance to make it right. This is called " do unto others" principle. Would you like your boss to just fire you the first time you fuck up?

So maybe cut them a bit of slack, ask for service by email, and Then report the results here to us all.

I'm sure they will want to send what they can to correct their mistakes and keep your business.

I have sent them an email and asked for the information - I get it that everyone has an off day but hey they are supposed to be a professional company! I’ve just received my knew X40 Bathmate and wanted to say Bathmate congratulations - top marks its fantastic, I’m really confused by some comments on various forums saying that the Bathmate and Penomet are both similar pumps !!!!!WHAT!!!!! I just don’t get it !!!!!!!!! they are nothing like each other (except it looks like Penomet have copied the X40 gaitor, not good ! ) take it from me don’t be fooled like I was by the on the fence views of some forums, the Penomet just doesn’t work, it falls to bits when in use and has no power !!!!! guys don’t waste your money like I did ...... I think the x40 and x40 came out after penomets massive debut. The sales have been extreme and they're having a hard time ramping up. Not surprised if someone at the fulfillment center missed tossing something into your box. Random % error rate in every company, but to be more expected when they get hit with extreme sales spikes.
The design of penomet is *supposed* to be gentler suction than Bathmate. That's to avoid all the negative side effects of overpumping that Bathmate users constantly
report. Discoloration, blood spotting, fluid detention.
Look in the pumping forums and "discount pe gear" forum, you'll see lots of guys reporting injuries with Bathmate and lots of firesales of Bathmate. That's what tipped it for me to go penomet.
Do the 5x5x3 with penomet with increasing gator strength each time. Men are getting great gains without side effects.
With Bathmate you can try this? Discipline self to not overpump, and increase the pressure slightly in the 5x5x3 format. Good luck.
