maybe a stupid question to ask on such a "home made" board but anyway....

what about penis enlargement surgery (injection of body fat)? any thoughts/experiences on it? risks? why not to take the faster whay?

1. Your dick will look like a mangled pile of scarred up meat after (check out some of the after pics on those sites).
2. Soft fat won't do much in the way of making sex any better IMO

Wouldn't be my choise... Don't want nobody sticking a needle in my dick

Why not take the faster way? And drop a couple of grand in the process? No thanks. The fat injected with penile girth enlargement surgery can get rejected by the body. Then you have a real problem. Since there's also the chance of it not staying in the same place where it was injected, you can end up with a lumpy dick. There are also waaaay too many cases of ED after this kind of surgery, some psychological (because people can't stand the sight of their own dick and sure don't want anyone else to see it).

Ligament surgery works. Problem there is that there is no guarantee that the results will have anything to do with your erect length. Flaccid length will increase if you do the procedure as described. Which includes roughly 6 months of post-operative sretching of the tissues. So, you get to pay a lot of money to have your suspensory ligaments cut and then you still have to do manual stretches to assure a gain in flaccid length. Why not just stretch manually?

is there maybe allready a thread about it? with before and after pics? I searched for one but didnt finde one...

good point

QUESTION FOR ALL

Do you think there is much difference between having the op and streching or just streching alone for 6months ???

The difference is this:

Surgical: Costs alot of money. May cause infection, impotence, scarring. Get a quick gain but must do longterm painful stretching to keep the scarring from reducing you back to original size (and sometimes less!)

Non-surgical: Costs time. May cause frequent erections, increased potency and bulging veins.
