I've read statements from men on various forums claiming that Penis Enlargement exercises aren't safe. I believe that to be incorrect. Sensible Penis Enlargement combined with stamina work will only strengthen your penis over time. Erections start to falter when you go over your limits in a workout, hurt yourself, or are in need of a layoff. To ensure that you don't suffer from ED you'll need to increase in intensity and volume in small increments each subsequent workout.

i believe there can always be freak accidents where someone might injure themselves while not overdoing it at all...but i believe majority of the injuries happens when people push it too hard...too fast...just like a well trained athlete can cut down on the possiblity of injury due to training...i believe the same thing goes for pe

Freak accidents do happen, but unlike most sports or physical training regimens in which external factors can cause unexpected injuries, Penis Enlargement is (or should be) very controlled. A beginner should start with a workout that's very moderate and increase the volume and intensity slowly over time to avoid injury.

Great advice, men. That is exactly what I did when I started P.E. almost five years ago, and that is what I continue to do. I have had one minor injury in all that time. But I always approached my workouts with great deliberation, EASING into heavier and more intense workouts over a period of weeks and months.

P.E. is NOT for those who are looking for a QUICK FIX.

I think you judge by your own pain threshold, that is how its always been for me, you are your own judge, every one is different.

We are playing with our own dicks and I think we should all take responsabilty for our programs and routines there can only be advice given on this site about the correct technique. So personally I think that pe is safe and I think that most accidents or injuries are from trying to go 2 far to quick and there may be a few due to incorrect technique. But hey that is just my 2 cents.

I concur with both little fella & Pandora, you're responsible for your actions you use to perform these P.E. exercises and each one of us have to know when to stop by listening to our body's Physical Indicators.

I agree also. I not only do manual Penis Enlargement but Chem Penis Enlargement. Everything in life is a calculated risk. Some people hurt themselves getting off the couch. Take it slow and listen to your body and you'll be fine.
