I know that some of you all workout with weights and other exercise methods as well......have you all noticed whether or not there are any adverse affects to doing your "regular" workout immediately after your Penis Enlargement workout? Since we're dealing with bloodflow in both cases, I wonder if we should wait for a while after doing a Penis Enlargement workout to do our regular workouts. Or, does it even matter.

Often times, I will turtle up just a bit when doing a strenuous weight workout or other workout where blood is going all through the muscles.
 
Naw man your dick is too small an organ to really have an effect. If anything you might release more testosterone and do a little better in your workout...plus if you have a chewy going on and your wearing sweatpants the girls might notice ya!
 
I wouldn't see anything wrong with it.

I try to keep em spaced apart at least an hour.

If I try to do Penis Enlargement after a back day, forget about it...no forearm strength left :(

I'd go with before a workout or several hours after. If you workout intensely you may not be up for an intense Penis Enlargement session immediately afterwards.
 
Penis Enlargement after, anytime i used to before a balls to the wall lifting session i would turtle 1/4 the way into the session and have to pull him back out afterwards.
 
i was wondering about this too. one would assume that after doing a Penis Enlargement session and getting all that blood flow and expansion in the wang, you'd want to avoid doing anything that might cause 'shrinkage'. cuz if it shrinks afterward, then you feel like your Penis Enlargement session was just a waste of time!

I noticed that using a heating pad kept me in an expanded, flaccid state after girth work. As long as I kept the heating pad on, the longer the pump lasted.
 
My "theory" was that bloodflow would be going to the muscles rather than the penis. I could be totally wrong, though.....
 
It doesn't really matter. Turtling is a natural sympathetic response because the blood is going to the muscles....soo. After an hour-hour and half post workout everything calms down to normal. So Penis Enlargement before workouts doesn't affect muscles, workingout before Penis Enlargement doesn't affect Penis Enlargement. If your experiencing turtling then help yourself to a chewy state before Penis Enlargement or erect state before girth work.
