I've had some experience with Penis Enlargement in the past, and made some gains over the course of a year with a basic routine, but at the time I was not very focused and the exercises where sporadic. I ended up taking some time off from Penis Enlargement and lost some, but not all of the gains I had made with my original work. I'm looking to made a serious go of it at this point, so I'm looking for a working routine that isn't overly time consuming (30 min tops) but would produce results over time.

When I first started Penis Enlargement, I had a BPenis EnlargementL of 5.5" and EG just over 5.0". I managed to get my BPenis EnlargementL to 6.325" and EG to 5.85" within a year, but then stopped all Penis Enlargement (outside of sex/masturbation) and dropped to a BPenis EnlargementL of 6.0" and EG of 5.50" which seems to be the point my gains were cemented to. So this is my starting point now, a full 0.5" longer and thicker than my natural, unconditioned penis was.

My goal: to cement gains at BPenis EnlargementL of 7.0" and EG of 6.0" (if I happen to cement in larger than this, it is not a problem, except perhaps in the case of 'too much' girth).

I have purchased a Bathmate water pump to assist with this, as I did not have one before. The workout would have to be compromised of manual stretches, jelqs, and Bathmate work...as I do not have the funds for an extender or other devices at this time.

Ideas of where to start anew?

My original Penis Enlargement routine that I was more or less keeping up with was as follows:

5 minutes of warmup

directional stretches (up, down, left, right, straight) 3 sets for 30 sec each

200-300 wet jelqs

5 minutes of warmdown

Awesome choice to start. It is smart to learn the effective equipment early in the game then your gains will come so much faster. Since you are using the Bathmate in the Newbie Session try to apply some of the healing resources in the SRT Thread. Also try to mimic your girth work after the 5x5x3 sessions spoke of in the same thread.

I do however have a cock ring I wear for 30 min post workout, but I need to look into something new as this one is too tight for any extended wear. I took your Newbie workout, and made some alterations as follows to try and keep it under 45 min.

Length Workout - 3 sets of each
Behind The Cheeks to the Left: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Center: 30-seconds
Behind The Cheeks to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Down to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Down to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Out to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Center: 30-seconds
Straight Out to the Right: 30-seconds

Straight Up to the Left: 30-seconds
Straight Up to the Center: 30-seconds

Girth Workout
200 wet jelqs, followed by 10 min in Bathmate
100 wet jelqs, followed by 5 min in Bathmate (*I also do your kegal routine during this 5 min)


*Is is alright to do kegals with a Bathmate attached? I do feel an increase in pressure doing them, but there is no pain involved, and it generates a more solid response from the kegal (you are lifting the weight of the water in the pump)

**I do run into some fluid retention after this session, but I do notice my penis hangs lower (probably more so once I start wrapping) and I gain around an inch in temporary girth post session.

See any problems? I always finish up with a shower and testicle massage, then use the cock ring for 30 min to hold in the extra girth for awhile post workout.

Love the workout and I look forward to updates! I have been ubber busy but trying to get to all the posts so please update when you can and I will check when I can.
 
I will be adding in monthy updates on size to note any gains. I want to implement your SRT and healing techniques, but can't due to lack of extender and inability to quite figure out the ACE wrap technique. I feel like I need 3 hands to do it...
