Right now im struggling keeping the SG on for long because the base of the SG is irritating my scrotum. It happens whenever I develop a good tension with SG. The head and everything else is just fine though.
 
Put a cloth at the base, make a hole in it and insert your penis through that hole before wearing the SG. And make sure you drag some parts of the cloth into the SG from the base. It will ease the pains at the base.

I wrap an ace around the entire base of the SizeGenetics and it is plenty of cushion to avoid that pressure. You can also put foam under the wrap to increase comfort.
 
I wrapped some gauze around the base and its helped. The only thing now is I still have pain on my pc muscle from it pushing it, I don't really see a way to avoid this so ill just try to deal with it for now. So far so good though. Ive worn it anywhere from 5-9 hours a day so far and multiple noticed stretch marks on my penis now. No change in erect length(may its too small <1/8th) but i have had small changes in stretched flaccid length, flaccid length, and big improvements in erection quality. My erections are much much harder at the base, so they stand up better.

I think you will become used to the PC issue just through using it daily. It does make a big difference when padding the base, making it much more comfortable. You are showing signs of making length gains with the stretch marks and increase in FSBP. Keep up the good work. I am glad you are getting great erections too.
 
There's another thread going on that I recently discovered and tried its method - there is this type of padding used for bunions and corns on feet to ease discomfort on people with sensitive feet in their shoes- this wrap is by Dr. Scholls, called Moleskin padding. It's basically a two millimeter thick foam padding that is very soft and comfortable against skin, and it comes in these little sheets that can be cut up and applied to the base of the SG without extra padding from anything else. If you need something like that, check this out and see what you think. I've been doing this and now the only stretch I feel is from the internal shaft, along with the VLC mod.

Ill check it out. I have one more question though. Its about whether I should focus on wearing it up or down? I noticed that when wearing it down, it stretches much farther, but when I do a set length down and then bring it up, the tension goes up a lot. Should I alternate?

Some people say you should, some say that pointing down hits ligs, and pointing up hits tunica. Try hitting both, one for a week, then the other for a week and see what you think!

If you can, it's good to buy a length master and use it for mainly downward bundled stretches and then you wear your SG upward.

Go equal between up and down, both stretch a different part of the penis and both are necessary to good growth. Upward stretching effects the Tunica while downward stretching effects the ligaments.
