At any other position there is no pain but wearing the SG downwards (which is best to conceal) hurts the bottom of my shaft after an hour. Is there any way to fix this?

What exactly hurts?
Skin, urethra, entire spongiosum?
And where?
Entire length, only at the point it touches the SG, SG to inner penis?

The more info we get, the more help we can give.

^ Just tried and I definitely cant fit my ballsack through the sg.To be more specific, it hurts where I put the lower part of the base of the SG and it only hurts there. It's the area between your penis and balls that the SG lower half of the base covers. This is the only problem standing in my way of wearing the SG for hours on. It hurts and when I take the SG off I see a imprint on the area between my Penis and balls.

I'm not an SG user, so I couldn't advise on any wrapping methods for the base. Maybe someone has, though, and you can find it (if it exists, that is) in the rest of the forum or maybe somewhere in the archive section.

About the only thing I could suggest right about now is either, A. wear it in a non-painful position or B. cut down on the tension in this position.

Maybe you could be the guy who invents an MOS base wrap!

There is so many way to wrap but also positions possible and attachments used. In a perfect world you have all of the latter and are able to make it work one way or the next. If not I can offer a couple bits of advice. If able, try to bring entire package through the base of extender and see if this helps. For some, who can fit, it may offer a different pressure range and cause less pain as you are describing.

Padding the base of the extender with a soft material can be very helpful. I wish a more comfortable base were available but since not, padding can really help.

Here is what I did:

take a sock.
cut the end and move it over the base.
put penis through base and sock.

much better feeling..but there will always be some pressure on that point.

I was just thinkin' about this as I sat down at my computer and ran the mouse over that thick, yet pliant, dense neoprene mouse-pad.
Would that mouse-pad material, or any other dense closed-or-open cell foam material work for this purpose?
Might be worth a look.

for sure..any padding that dampens and moves the load over a bigger surface will help. Its cause the base is so sturdy and narrow that it hurts.
Best would be some gel like molds.

Someone suggested weather stripping which could be comfy as long as the edge was not against the skin.

on my base there is a overcoming piece of plastic where the bases forms has been brought together.

I just polished the plastic away and now it doesn't hurt that much anymore
