I remember reading in a post a while back about how someone was raving about doing the stretches in a more than flaccid state, but not quite erect. Somewhere in between, maybe 50% or so. I don't wanna be so redundant here in discussing the topic, because I know there have been posts regarding flaccid vs erect stretching. But I thought this was somewhat different. I guess I was wondering if anyone on this forum has adopted this style of stretching. With the additional blood flow, does this turn into more tunica specific stretching? I'm just looking for opinions...
