Hi guys, I recently joined the site and started on DLD's newbie routine. My question regards stretching: I'm uncircumcised so my foreskin covers the entire head of the penis; when I stretch, I make the 'ok' grip just below the penis head and then pull towards the left, right, or center for each exercise (behind the cheeks, down, out, up) and hold for 25-30 seconds. My question is should I pull back the foreskin before I do the stretches or leave the foreskin over the penis head and stretch with it fully extended? I'm worried that the foreskin may enlarge too much and overtake the gains I make in the head and shaft, leaving too much loose skin.

Also, is it normal that I cannot actually pull my penis 'behind the cheeks' yet, like it is described by DLD in the newbie routine? My NBPenis EnlargementL is around 5.3 inches starting but flaccid length is usually around 2.3 inches (and even less when it is colder or after I'm finished at the gym). When I stretch my penis in its flaccid state, I seem to only be able to extend it up to maybe 4 inches before it starts to get uncomfortable. Is this normal for someone who is just starting out or am I missing something here?

Thanks guys and thank you for making this such an awesome site.

Oh and one last thing- I've always been kind of unsure about not being circumcised. I'm not really bothered about it and I've read on here that uncircumcised penises may have more sensitivity than circumcised ones. Is it problematic that I am uncircumcised and what are your opinions on adult circumcision? That's a serious question. Thanks!

It would be better to retract the foreskin to stretch this way you have minimal skin stretch and maximum ligament stretch.

Just stretch as far as you can. Over time you can go further as you grow. If this is still uncomfortable you can just double up the down stretch in replacement.

It is really what you prefer and since you are given the choice you are in a much better position than those who were not given a choice. I am circumcised but with Penis Enlargement much of my foreskin has returned.
