i havent been doing pe for long but have come up with a lazy method of an exercise. i basically get a full erection, bend over a bit, put my erect penis and balls in between my legs then stand up straight. in my opinion it gives a better stretch and i hold my erection better. And thats it...
 
Hydromaxmmm. sounds like it could work. pretty lazy indeed.

i think you need to name it.
 
yeh your right its my exercise. i think ill called 'super erect stretch'. what do you think?

ps. if someone else could give the exercise a go aswell it would be much appreciated.

Hey!

I actually did this once a while ago but I didn't think it could be an exercise at the time. I was just messing about really but then got into it and probably went a bit too intense by the end. Anyway for the next few days after that the area around the 'fat pad' felt like it had been stretched like hell underneath.

The only thing about this is that it could cause a sort of 'kink' at the base which could affect erection strength...or atleast the angle at which it points to. The stronger the erection the more intense pull/stretch you get from this so people would need to be carefull.

I'll try this again tonight however and see what happens.

Yeh it is pretty intense. i warm up with basic flaccid stretches before and then move onto that. i normally do it on and off (to regain an erection) for about 30 minutes. im going to continue doing it for the next month now and then decide whether or not it is valuable.

ps today is my 1st month measurment and ill be posting my results along with my routine in the progress section.
 
Cool that's pretty much how I do mine aswell (on and off for 30 mins) i'll keep doing them and i'll post any interesting results :)
