Certainty for yourself? I lost 80 lbs in 80 days before and other people I knew lost 15 in 3 months.

I would get your hernia treated before continuing PE

I hope you have made gains from PE and that you have realized that, making PE a life style is the surest way to get to your dream size?

If you still haven't gotten to your length goal, I suggest you buy the length master.
