Hello brothers. I am a newbie in the world of P.E and I'm looking for some advice before I start my routine. If I begin asking to many questions I apologize in advance. I'm just overwhelmed with all the info I been reading and now I feel like I don't know where to start.

My 1st question: before I purchase the MOS DVD is it the same program as the SRT? I wanna make sure I am purchasing the best one that will give me the best gains possible while being safe.

My 2nd question: is the program a manual only routine or can it be done along side with using a pump? Years ago I spent big money on an electric pump but never used it. I would like to finally use it but only if it's necessary & safe to use while doing the videos.

Last but definitely not least can I use a jelq device while jelqing? Reason I ask this question is years ago I was in a terrible car accident which left me with poor hand function and due to lack of grip strength I wouldn't be able to do alot of the jelq work manully.

Welcome to MOS, mate.

Here's my opinions on your questions.

1. The MOS DVD it's a collection of exercises organized into progresive phases while the SRT is a protocol that dictates how to organize your routine and you can build it around the exercises from the DVD and some pump work for the girth routine.
2. The DVD exercises are all manual work, the pump can be integreated however into the routine for girth work and hardcore streches(read the SRT thread on this forum)
3. Yes you can use a jelq device for jelqing, however there will be other girth exercises that will require you to use your hands but I guess you can use the pump for some more advanced Girth Work by using supersets. And probablly you may also want to buy a Length Master to use it for streching if you have poor hand function.

Anyway the best place to start would be the Newbie Routine IMO and maybe a couple of months on that will build some strength back into your hands.

I forgot to mention that the LM can be used to strech without using your hands at all so I think that would be your first investment in your situation.

As an example of LM handless streching, I attach my homemade LM and place it under my thighs while seated on a chair and let the wheight of my thighs to press down the handels of the LM and therefore achive an effortless and very long(30mins+) strech. Sort of a fowfer but much more intense.

Anyway man, don't let your physical problems get in your way of getting a bigger dick, i remember one guy on theese forums or it may back at �other forum� that had just one hand and made some decent gains over the years so think about that.

Yup, the LengthMaster can do some pretty incredible hands free stretching. With the handle bars there are so many stretch positions your head will spin. It was my dream back in the day and today knowing I have made that dream come true and so many are benefiting from it makes me all the happier.
