First of all I have been on and off with Penis Enlargement for a long time now, I love to pump, clamp, and manual stretch. It feels great, I have just been horribly strapped for time, and me and my gf moving in together has made it more difficult. I don't think she is real comfortable with me doing it. I hurt her as it is, she is tiny.

My came in the mail yesterday, it took me part of the evening and an hour or so this morning to rods at just the right fit. It's comfy, I'musing the pad and strap, and the constant slight tension feels pretty good IMO. I am going to try the tubing later on. I have to cut the padding still so I can get it to fit me. It seems like it would be more secure, but I don't know. I'm loving the strap though. Going to wear it most of the day with breaks between. Below are my current measurements.


Looking to increase both girth and length
5.5 FL NBP
6.5 FL BP
7.0 Er NBP
8.0 ER BP
5.25 midshaft
5.75 base
 
I was wondering if anyone else in here who works out has issues with shrinkage because of physical exaustian. I have always dealt with this. Make sense to me, you body pumps the blood elsewhere into your muscles where it is needed most.

what I am wondering is has anyone seen any positive or negative effects from the timing of when your work out is in relation to when you do your Penis Enlargement workout?

So spring break with the kids and family put me on hold for a while, but back at it, had the SG device on since about 830 this morning a quick break to relax and manual stretch then back in the device.
 
Thank you for your intimate thread detailing your progress. Having a good understanding of your exercises, when you do them, how they yield and what you plan on doing is all about a good diary of the journey. I will keep a close eye on your thread.

Maybe I'm being a bit of a fanboy here, but it is freaking awesome that DLD commented to /me/ on /my/ thread post. You're awesome and I really look up to you and a couple other of the posters on this site. Thank you so much for creating this resource!
 
I will also be trying the velcro mod later this week, I forgot I had a whole bunch for my camera gear lol .

Best mod ever and this is why SizeGenetics now include it with the SG Extender:)
 
I have been using the SG device for 3 days using only the rubber tube without the padding and only slight tension. I have noticed that using slight tension leaves me with a lower hang. More tension seems to "traumatize" my manhood and it shrinks up after use. Also this makes using only the rubber tubing with out the padding more comfortable and has helped to increase the rim of the glands creating more definition in my mushroom head. So far I am pleased.
 
I haven't measured and I am holing off for at least a month before I do that. After 8 days of between 4-8 hours of use each day I can already feel and see a difference. It could just me mental it I'm sure but it feels longer sitting in my pants than it did before. I am also doing some jelqing and other work for girth.

Yup, I remember those times! My penis started to feel like someone else's:)
