Hey guys I've been doing PE for a month now and I've come up with a routine that I think will give me the gains I want.
If you have any tips or improvements please let me know. My current stats and my goal are in my signature.

I plan on doing this routine everyday or at least 6 days on 1 day off.

Just remove girth work if you intend doing it twice or once a week or just do girth work for sex only. Concentrate on length only for now.
 
Hey thanks for your quick reply.

So you say I shouldn't do any girth work at all when I have so much length to gain first? I would be ok with that.
 
The reason why I asked you to leave girth work for now is because you said you want to be doing it twice a week which in my opinion is not enough. Its better you just go hard with your length routine from now until January and please buy a length master, killer combo
 
You are good to go. Try using your length master for a minimum of 30mins doing bundled stretches. I use my length master for 1 hour and I wear my SG at very high tension for 4hours. I am doing this daily until end of September or first week of October. I working on length only for now.
 
30 minutes seem pretty intense with bundled stretches :O I will see how far I can push it, but after that workout my schlong already feels really exhausted xD

It is true what you said on girth, 2 times a week would be more for someone who has stopped doing PE and wants to keep good penile health. In the case here it makes the most sense to concentrate on length and pick up girth when you can dedicate at least 5 workouts a week. I like the organized way you have presented your routine and I will be watching over you as you progress.

Alright then, it's length only time =D I'll only use the pump to restore circulation after the LengthMaster session.

Now it's just a matter of time (and discipline) until the gains arrive.

It is all about discipline no matter what you are working towards, I am happy you know this. Remember time is only time when you look at it. Put time aside and stick with discipline and the gains will come!
