Mail came and so did my package. BTC sent me a Gold Package so that's cool. I'll keep you posted on how I like it.
 
Chaco - I ordered my MVII a week ago and have emailed twice after to confirm the sizing was listed correctly as I forgot to input on the original order. I know 7 days is not terribly long to not have a reply, but I was wondering if you had any emails when you initially placed the order that it was received and all of that.

I don't think BTC sends confirmation emails. I know I never got one and I felt just like you. I'm sure your order went through now it's just a matter of time. You might keep trying BTC though to make sure.
 
I've paid for the QUANTUM PACKAGE and a ads + sheets over paypal 3 months ago and no sign of it yet. I also talked to dan@mynewsize about surgery , but suddenly there is no response.
 
Anyone else had problems with msn ? I sent 18 0000 dollar to their surgent as Dan@mynewsize said , and since I have no reply to any of their e-mails or phones. Are they scamming ppl?

You sent the money directly to Dr. Krakovsky Via mail service. Unfortuantely dan@mynewsize was making direct referrals to Dr. K without my knowledge. Because of this, Dr. K is returning your money via mail. I urge you to contact him directly regarding this matter. Daniel no longer works for mns as of 7.26.08.

I have been slow with emails and work with mns because I have been healing an infection for the last 5 weeks. I flew back to Southern California 2 weeks ago to have the infection surgically cleaned and placed a surgical drain in to flush the area. The drain was removed 1.5 weeks ago, but I am still having issues with blood seeping from the new incisions. I can't wait to start training again, I have a significant loss of erect length and will be putting our good products to use.

BTC finally called me and gave me the Doc`s phone and promised to send the devices i bought. He sounded sincere so we will see :)

Have you considered chemical Penis Enlargement? Surgery seems to be so not worth it. You're putting your dick through hell!
 
Its been 4 months since i paid for my max vac, ive got nothing in the mail, no tracking number NADA!!!, after several attempts at contacting BTC ive still got nothing to show for it other then of course my wallet is 200 bucks lighter, I requested a refund, and have got nothing!!!!! anyone thinking of ordering a max vac, I would pass and go with bib instead as they seem to have much MUCH better customer service and it seems that i might actually get the product that i paid for from them lol....... anyway, at this point i would really just like my money back as i think 4 months is long enugh, I sure hope they do the right thing and just give me my money as they are not able to provide the products that they claim to be in the business of selling..... :(
 
For those that have been wondering about their orders for the last few weeks. Realistically orders are processed in 3-4 weeks. As many of you know, I had a second dermal surgery in April. Since then I have been plagued with serious penile medical issues. Infection, bleeding, pain, loss of function and serious loss of size. 3 weeks ago I underwent a surgery to clean the infection, and a surgical drain was placed. The drain was removed last week. The next day I started to process orders. In doing so, the incisions started to bleed deep dark red blood (venous blood) from internal bleeding. I visited the local emergency room on Friday for stitches. The next day I developed a hematoma in the pubic region, had surgery again to cauterize and correct the problem. I was released from the hospital this morning. I plan to return to work Wednesday of this week. I wish I could jump around with orders as I have in the past, but I have been unable to perform simple tasks for several weeks.

During this process my second hand man was doing everything he could to destroy MNS so that he could copy my company and reap the benefits. I fired him last week after intercepting correspondences through the company email.

All this said, I have tried to contact as many clients as possible, and let hem know I have not forgotten them and I'm doing everything I can to get better and keep pushing MNS to new levels. The buck stops with me for all mns business. This has been a very difficult period for me, and I hope for understanding and patience.

I am personally dealing with 4 clients who have also suffered infections in the last few months, because of this we are no longer condoning dermal, or Alloderm procedures. The success rate is terrible. We are working with other surgeons pioneering new techniques that do not involve the extensive risks of dermal/alloderm procedures.

As much as I would like to keep my own personal turmoils private, I feel I have no choice but to be open and honest with my clients about the status of my health because this directly influences delivery time.

I 100% understand ur going through a rough period right now, I was i bit upset, but im cool now, and am really looking fwoard to using ur product, as ive heard GREAT things about max vac prduct. Iam sorry about that last post again, and thanks for taking the time to call me even though ur dealing with a difficult recovery right now, i very much appreciate that!! I cant wait to get that max vac, only suggestion i have is if maybe u can hire someone else take care of the business side of things while ur out, could be helpful, but im sure u already thought of that... lol again sorry for that post and thaks for clearing things up with me, also once uve made a full recovery Id really like to know where/how to get replacement parts... Thanks again... :)

But this is not the first time this has happened. I would suggest until you can get healthy dont try to run your company. I know it can be rough, but you gotta make your customers happy. From all of the stories I've heard about the service I would never order from this company, until the reviews started to look better. JMO.
